The following will let you get into the online battle. (rather than just single or practice battle)

Occurrence: Rare. 2 cases reported by forum members

Symptom: 'startup looping'.

Reason: Unknown, assume only occurs after Issue 1 (eg with dead CMOS battery)

Symptom: System does not boot, restarts and runs disk check.

Symptom: Asks for password on power on.

Outcome: You may not continue to operate the system

Fix: Send to EXA service.

Issue 3.

Occurrence: Extremely rare or one off. 1 case reported by forum member

Symptom: stops booting and shows 'windows "getting devices ready" page.

Reason: Unknown
Outcome: You may not continue to operate the system

Fix, send to EXA service. Assumed fixed by system software/firmware update after ?V1.3.0?
