Symptom: Dead (seller claimed no sound)

Upon powering on the PCB was dead, thought I saw a faint glow from a Zener diode.
Measured resistance on power rails, found dead short on 12V.
Disconnected 12V from power supply and game works without sound, power supply over current protection had kicked in.
Desoldered D2 Zener diode on the 12V rail and measured it, dead short in both directions, 12V no longer shorted.
Replaced Zener diode with a new 16V one and sound now works.
