SEGA states the T-13 table arcade was released for the first time in 1983 for the game ''Star Jacker'' (''スタージャッカー''). SEGA states the T-13 table arcade was released for the first time in 1983 for the game Star Jacker (スタージャッカー). The cocktail arcade was designed to be lightweight despite its steel chassis said steel panels were said to give it a peculiar bright sound; the T-13 grey color originally was meant to match exactly that of the Sega City cabinet , but later was available in black and "other bold colors" according to SEGA (see flyer and article below).
