General Info
Uses the "deep" DB-15 female connectors which were common/standard in the Japanese market. "Standard" metal DB-15 cables will not fit because they are too shallow; you can purchase replacement Neo Geo controller cables and then customize to your needs by adding the appropriate connector.
Mega Drive 1/Neo Geo composite A/V cables work without modification. S-Video and RGB pinouts are different, and are not compatible; check the linked pinout page below to confirm your cable is suitable for use with this device.
