SNK released the Table 18 aka T6001 cocktail cabinet circa October 1986 simultaneously with the sitdown/upright Candy 18 (T6001).
While SNK's Candy 18 drew inspiration directly from SEGA's City 1986 cabinet, SNK's Table 18 cocktail ended up being strikingly similar in design to SEGA's 1983 T-13.
Official specs excluded control panel dimensions and concern thus the bare table. The glass panel tabletop dimensions are 860x560mm and the table featured stock an Asahi Seiko 720-A coin mech.
Both cabs were initially released either with the 1986 game Ikari Warriors II: Victory Road (怒号層圏 Dogō Sōken) aka Dogosoken or soon after with the 1987 game Bermuda Triangle (バーミューダ・トライアング) aka World Wars, along with their respective 2p control panels & rotary Seimitsu LS-30 joysticks.
Later in October 1987, promo material would advertise the Candy 18 & Table 18 cabinets with Touchdown Fever panels & dedicated Seimitsu special variant rotary sticks with the infamous football shaped handles (see below in Gallery).
