Stuff you need
This is a list of stuff you need when collecting arcade stuff. Don't think, just get it..
- Isopropyl alcohol - used to clean whiteboards, PCB's and various arcade stuff
- Alcohol dispenser
- PCB cleaning brush (search ebay for "bga brush")
- Replacement pcb spacers, because the boards you buy will have broken or missing ones. (Search ebay for "m3 standoff")
- PCB feet
- If you're going to try soldering, get a flux pen - it's the secret sauce of soldering. Seriously, don't try to solder without it.
- Shrink Tubing - makes your cable hacks not so dirty.
