Jaleco's very rounded Pony Mark IV boasted the use for certain parts of a revolutionary material (reportedly ABS plastic) that would allow the production of highly curved parts -3D futuristic curves- in the cabinet's design which were according to Jaleco supposedly "impossible" to obtain with sheet metal.
-An anti-static finish was applied to the lower metal sheet part of the cab, stock, and the control panel was said to be scratch and dirt resistant. NB: The result, several decades later, is the uneven ageing of the white ABS shell parts VS powdercoated sheet metal. The powdercoat finish here was much less prone to oxidation & yellowing.
-The 29" flat monitor is accessible by opening the clamshell style top front of the cabinet, and could be rotated. Protected by a tempered "anti-scratch" glass plate, the monitor i ssaid to be surrounded by an efficient shielding to prevent interference with neighboring cabinet monitors.

-The cabinet features a footrest and caster wheels are mounted stock too.
N.B. : A SIGMA branded version (under agreement) was also released, not featuring the Pony Mark IV model name, all other specs the same (see below in Gallery).
