Basically a Neo 29 with different artwork and a slightly different topper, "Candy" version = all JAMMA games not just Neo Geo MVS (same nomenclature for other "Candy" SNK cabs).

The topper is shared with Neo Candy 25. The topper is meant to house a single marquee. However, if you remove the acrylic glass and the metal plate, behind you will find the four cutouts for NeoGeo mini marquees just like in the Neo 25 / 29.
