Sunwise (サンワイズ SANWAIZU) released in 1996 the New Forme Up which is an upright version of the New Forme Standard type (sitdown) projector cabinet.
Apart from the Upright option which make it -according to the 1996 catalog and onward- 320mm higher and 17kg heavier, all other technical specs are the same as with the Standard Type, it thus featured the same 20" internal monitor whose image was magnified to obtain a 40" projected image via a proprietary method.
New Forme Up could be converted with a specific control panel to a shooting game cabinet as per the published promo material.
