Page Expansion

Hope i'm not stepping on anyone's toes! Today i've expanded the page out quite a lot, I originally searched and didn't find the page, and so I started building my own, mostly to educate everyone about CPSII, and specifically I wanted to build a section with buyers advice, to help people identify and avoid bootlegs etc.
A lot of the content i've brought in is directly copy-paste from other sources, with references ready to link to them directly. I probably need to investigate if copying info off wikipedia directly is allowed or frowned upon, but at least there is something there for now.
I'm also inviting contributors to please try and help build this page with me. I really don't know all that much at all about CPSII so any help is appreciated. It would be nice to make a "project" out of the page as a community, and then once it's done, move on to another hardware platform and develop that.
