Recommended product - A36/1008 Mild Steel (.074")
2. Very crude alternative, courtesy of wigsplitta:
- Purchase 1 x RK25648A10. A 1-metre long, L-shaped unequal angle aluminium profile measuring 35.5 mm × 19.5 mm.
- Cut into 28mm wide strips
- The shorter length of the 'L' shape is already the correct length for the foot that attaches to the mounting board/surface/cabinet. The longer length that attaches to the CPS1.5 shell is a little short, but there is a bit of leeway
- Using a 250mm x 30mm adjustable spanner, bend the longer length to create a 'S' shaped plate. Multiple attempts all resulted in a bend that is the correct depth when compared to an original bracket
- Drill a 9.5mm hole on the longer side that mounts onto the CPS1.5
- Drill a 4.5mm hole on the shorter side that mounts onto a wooden board/surface/cabinet
- Round off corners if desired
