Sources as of 2026 claim:

-"MV19TA-0" being the theorized model name for this SNK MVS cocktail cabinet.

-Amano Game Museum in Japan asserts having been a location test arcade salon in the 90s when they partnered with SNK; the owner claims this cocktail model's name is "MV4" but does not say if it was officially released or not, leaving doubt about the fact that it was an unreleased prototype demoed at conventions and location test sites or a short lived officially released cabinet.

What is certain:

-this 19" cocktail cabinet only offers the possibility of a pure horizontal tabletop/monitor position cocktail cabinet (classic type)

-it precedes directly the MV25TA-0 hybrid cocktail 25" cabinet which drew inspiration from Jaleco's Change Up cab concept, offering both pure horizontal monitor position (true cocktail) as well as an adjustable angle tilted monitor giving the player a slightly angled monitor viewpoint, barely approaching a sitdown format. MV25TA-0 being in the end a cocktail version of the more popular MV25UP-0 and was advertised along with it in Japan.

-I found in Game Machine Magazine 1991, January 1st, page 29, an advert for this fabled 19" table MVS ( 19インチテーブルMVS ) cocktail, see below in Gallery. Little useful info is present, there is mention of easy maintenance (usual claim) & carts being easily changed from the front trap door and the compact cabinet being in the "NEOGEO series" (MVS NeoGeo format debuted in 1990)

Note: Information is scarce about this cabinet and will surely be updated promptly when confirmed.
