Basically a Neo 25 with different artwork and a slightly different topper.
The topper is shared with Neo Candy 29. The topper is meant to house a single marquee. However, if you remove the acrylic glass and the metal plate, behind you will find the four cutouts for NeoGeo mini marquees just like in the Neo 25 / 29.
