Basically a Neo 25 with different artwork, wired for JAMMA, and a different topper (to account for the JAMMA wiring - no multi-slot support).
The topper is shared with Neo Candy 29. The topper is meant to house a single marquee. However, if you remove the acrylic glass and the metal plate, behind you will find the four cutouts for NeoGeo mini marquees just like in the Neo 25 / 29.
